1Who we are
Millionaire Mentorship is operated by M Labs Technologies LLC ("Millionaire Mentorship", "we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.
This policy covers the Millionaire Mentorship iOS app, the website at themillionairementorship.com, and the emails and push notifications we send you. It does not cover anything a third party does with information you give them directly, such as Apple when you subscribe through the App Store.
2Information we collect
What you give us
- Account and profile: name, email address, password (stored only as a cryptographic hash, never in readable form), profile photo, bio, country, city, date of birth, gender, business, goals, social links, preferred language and time zone.
- Membership application: the answers you give when you apply, and the invite or referral code you enter.
- What you post: posts, comments, replies, likes, Stories, Reels and anything else you publish to other members.
- Messages: the text, photos, videos and voice notes you send in one-to-one and group chats, and anything you send during a live session.
- Marketplace and bookings: what you order, from whom, and any details you provide to complete a booking or delivery.
- Support and reports: what you write when you contact support, report content or shake your phone to report a bug, including the diagnostic logs attached to that report.
What we collect automatically
- Device and session: a device identifier, device name, app build number and the time you were last active. We use this to enforce the one-device session limit and to sign you out of a device you no longer use.
- Usage: which screens you open, which lessons and courses you start and finish, which lives you attend, and similar product analytics events.
- Learning progress: lesson completion, course progress, certificates and awards.
- Diagnostics: crash reports and error traces, including the device model, operating system version and app version at the moment of the failure.
- Push token: the Apple Push Notification token for your device, if you allow notifications.
- Approximate location: inferred from your IP address at a country and city level. We do not collect precise GPS location.
What we receive from others
- Apple: if you use Sign in with Apple, your name and an email address (which may be a private relay address), plus subscription status and transaction identifiers for in-app purchases. Apple does not give us your payment card details.
- Stripe: if you pay by card on the web rail, confirmation of the payment, the last four digits and brand of the card, and the billing country. Full card numbers go to Stripe and never reach our servers.
- The member who invited you: the fact that your account is attributed to their invite or referral code.
3How we use it
- To create and run your account, and to review your membership application.
- To deliver the product: courses, lessons, live sessions, Reels, the feed, chats, the marketplace and offline downloads.
- To verify what you are entitled to. Whether content is unlocked is checked on our servers, not on your device.
- To take payment, manage subscriptions and renewals, and issue receipts.
- To credit referrals and apply referral rewards.
- To send you transactional email and push notifications: approvals, receipts, replies, live reminders and account notices.
- To keep the community safe: moderating content, investigating reports, and suspending or removing accounts that break the Terms.
- To keep the app working: diagnosing crashes, fixing bugs and improving performance.
- To understand how the product is used in aggregate so we can improve it.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims.
We do not use your content to train artificial intelligence models, and we do not allow our providers to do so on our behalf. The AI Lesson Companion sends lesson material and your question to an AI provider to generate a response for you in that moment. Those requests are not used to train that provider's models.
4Legal bases (EU and UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR and UK GDPR:
| Basis | What we use it for |
|---|---|
| Contract | Running your account, delivering the content and features you subscribed to, taking payment, and providing support. |
| Legitimate interests | Keeping the service secure and free of abuse, preventing fraud, diagnosing crashes, and understanding aggregate product usage. We balance these against your rights and interests. |
| Consent | Push notifications, and any marketing email you opt into. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting what came before. |
| Legal obligation | Tax, accounting and record-keeping requirements, and responding to lawful requests. |
6Our service providers
These are the companies that process personal information on our behalf. Each is bound by contract to use it only for the purpose we set.
| Provider | What it does | What it sees |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Database, authentication, file storage and server functions | Your account, profile, content and activity |
| Amazon Web Services | Hosting for the above (United States) | Data at rest and in transit |
| Cloudflare | Media storage and delivery | Photos, videos and other media |
| Mux | Live streaming and video playback | Live and recorded video, playback events |
| LiveKit | Real-time audio and video for live sessions | Live audio and video while a session runs |
| Apple | In-app purchases, Sign in with Apple, push notifications | Subscription status, transaction IDs, push token |
| Stripe | Card payments on the web rail | Payment details, billing country |
| Sentry | Crash and error reporting | Crash traces, device and app version, your user ID |
| Google Analytics | Aggregate product analytics | Usage events tied to a pseudonymous ID |
| Resend | Transactional email | Your email address and the message content |
| OpenAI | AI Lesson Companion responses | The lesson text and your question at the moment you ask |
We update this table when a provider changes. If you want to know the current list at any moment, ask us at support@themillionairementorship.com.
7We do not sell your data
We have never sold personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA. There are no advertising networks or data brokers in Millionaire Mentorship. We make money from memberships and the marketplace, not from your data.
8International transfers
We are based in the United States and our infrastructure runs in the United States. If you are outside the United States, using Millionaire Mentorship means your information is transferred there, where privacy law differs from your own.
For transfers out of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with the UK Addendum where it applies, and we assess whether additional safeguards are needed for each provider.
9How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as your account is open, and after that only as described below.
| What | How long |
|---|---|
| Account and profile | Until you delete your account, then removed within 30 days |
| Posts, comments and Reels | Deleted or anonymised when you delete your account |
| Chat messages | Removed from your side on deletion. A copy may remain visible to the other people in the conversation, because it is their conversation too. |
| Payment and order records | Up to 7 years, because tax and accounting law requires it |
| Moderation and safety records | Up to 2 years after the account closes, so a banned account cannot simply return |
| Crash reports | 90 days |
| Analytics events | 14 months |
| Backups | Up to 90 days, after which deleted data ages out of the backup cycle |
10Your controls in the app
- Edit or correct your profile at any time in Settings.
- Turn push notifications off by category in Settings, or entirely in iOS Settings.
- Control who can message you from a Story, and block or report any member.
- Sign out other devices from Settings. Signing in on a new device already signs the previous one out.
- Delete your account from inside the app, in Settings. Deletion is permanent, it cannot be undone, and it does not by itself cancel a subscription bought through Apple. Cancel that in your Apple subscription settings.
11Your rights
Everyone
Whatever country you are in, you can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@themillionairementorship.com and we will respond within 30 days.
EU, UK and Switzerland
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling. You may also withdraw consent at any time.
You have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
California
Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA you have the right to know what we collect and why, to access it, to correct it, to delete it, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing for you to opt out of. You may use an authorised agent to make a request; we will ask for proof of their authority and your identity.
Other US states
If you live in a state with a comprehensive privacy law, such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas or Oregon, you have comparable rights of access, correction, deletion and portability, and the right to appeal a decision we make about your request. To appeal, reply to our response and say you are appealing.
How we verify a request
We verify requests using the email address on your account. For a request that would expose or destroy data, we may ask you to confirm from within the app. We do not charge for a request unless it is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
13Security
- All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS, and data is encrypted at rest.
- Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes. Nobody at Millionaire Mentorship can read your password.
- Access to your data is enforced by row-level security in the database, so one member's account cannot read another's.
- Whether content is unlocked is verified on our servers, never trusted from the device.
- Paid video is delivered through signed, expiring links.
- Two-factor authentication is available on your account, and one active session per member is enforced.
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information we will notify you and the relevant regulator as required by law.
14Children
Millionaire Mentorship is for adults. It is not directed at children, and you must be at least 18 to hold an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, write to support@themillionairementorship.com and we will delete it.
15Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the product changes. The effective date at the top always tells you which version you are reading. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect, and we will keep the previous version available on request.
